 The goal is the opposite. Locally Owned Co. is designed to help veterinarians become stronger owners while preserving local identity, veterinary leadership, and independent ownership.

 Support can include site selection, development, financial modeling, operations, recruiting, leadership development, marketing, technology, purchasing, growth systems, and strategic planning based on the needs of the hospital.

 Locally Owned Co. is not built around acquiring hospitals and converting them into a national chain or consolidation. The model is designed around creating, strengthening, and preserving veterinary ownership.

No. Some veterinarians come to us before they own anything. Others already own a hospital and need help growing, recovering, or planning what comes next.

Every project is different. Structure and economics depend on the ownership path, hospital, market, capital requirements, and level of support needed. Those details are discussed confidentially after an initial fit conversation.
